Vixen Sparkling Shiraz-Cabernet Sauv-Cabernet Franc
Aromas of black cherry, dark chocolate, musk and mocha. The silky palate oozes flavours of sweet blackberry, licorice and chocolate and finishes with a balanced explosion of spice, crisp acid and soft elegant tannin length.
Vibrant, deep purple with fine sparkling bead.
Lifted leafiness with strawberries, red cherries, white chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon & vanilla bean.
A powerful wine rich and soft in texture. The silky palate oozes sweet plum and black cherries at the front, coffee, crème brulee and dark chocolate in the mid palate, all finished with an elegantly balanced explosion of spicy vanillin oak, crisp acid and soft elegant tannin length.
A blend of selected components from various vintages, blended to achieve our classic Vixen style, it is made to be rich, fruity and full flavoured with a party attitude. It is composed of three varieties - 74% Shiraz, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc.

"Dense and dark purple, wth a nose that leaps out of the glass, packed with blackcurrent spice, fruit cake and a touch of black pepper. On the palate this savoury wine has a ton of black fruit with coffee and chocolate. The tannins are grippy but not drying and there’s good acidiy which you need with such a rich wine.
