Our Cellar Door

Visitors are always welcome at our cosy nineteenth century stone Cellar Door cottage, conveniently located 45 kilometres south of Adelaide, between the villages of McLaren Vale and Willunga on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Taste the award winning wines whilst enjoying one of our bi-monthly art exhibitions hosted at Fox Creek Cellar Door. The grounds are also scattered with Robin Turner's amazing sculptural works, including the barrel bi plane which is available for children to play in.  Robin's legendary foxy noworrybeads key rings and some other surprises are also for sale at Cellar Door and online.

Fox Creek is one of the 39 galleries that paticipate in the Fleurieu Peninsula Arts Trail.

Feel free to picnic in the beautiful gardens amongst ancient eucalypt and olive trees adjacent to a lake, with water birds and the bridge which crosses 'Fox Creek' on the way to the historic cottage. We have regional platters available for those wishing to linger longer with a glass of wine. The platter for two is great value at $20 and includes two cheeses from Alexandrina Cheese, Lloyd Brothers’ Traditional Olive Tapenade and Tuckers Gourmet Crackers. All the products are from South Australian family owned companies, just like Fox Creek Wines. While you are enjoying yourself your children can go on our new treasure hunt.

Visitors can also book to go on a guided 'behind the scenes' winery tour at 10.20am on Monday or Friday by phoning ahead on (08) 8557 0000.

Our Cellar Door is open for tastings between 10am and 5pm seven days a week(except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day).

We welcome groups but require a booking for  8 or more people so that everyone can have an enjoyable Fox Creek Cellar Door experience. A booking form can be filled in and faxed to us on (08)8556 2104 or you can phone us on (08) 8557 0000.
