Vixen
Just the wine for a party, but great for any occasion, or if you want everyone to sit up and take notice! It's dark crimson colour is matched by an intensity of flavour, which has been described as 'liquid Blackforest Cake'.
Sparkling Shiraz-Cabernet Sauv-Cabernet Franc
Aromas of black cherry, dark chocolate, musk and mocha. The silky palate oozes flavours of sweet blackberry, licorice and chocolate and finishes with a balanced explosion of spice, crisp acid and soft elegant tannin length.

Shadow's run
A range of wines named after Fox Creek Wines owners faithful dog, Shadow and his extraordinary habit of chasing the vibrating trellis wire as the grape vines were pruned each year.
Sauvignon Blanc
A recent addition to the Shadow's run family of wines. Look out for the Braille and Large Print on the back label to help those with vision impairments.

Unwooded Chardonnay
A soft and rich wine with a full mouthfeel showing golden peach, ripe pear, honeydew melon and banana flavours all drawn together with a crisp zesty citrus finish.

Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon
A pleasant full flavoured, but soft wine designed for the relaxed cafe society and for drinking on leisure occasions. The wine has plum and raspberry aromas and flavour and a vibrant berry finish of great intensity but the finish is soft.

Red Baron
The Red Baron is enjoying continued success at Fox Creek. This suave character has taken control of some of our best shiraz vineyards in McLaren Vale as the original 'Red Baron' took control of the skies.
Shiraz
The Red Baron shiraz delivers vibrant fruit with a rich soft entry leading into a blend of red berry, cherry and plum fruits framed with smooth ripe tannins. A wine to enjoy now for its fresh juicy style.

Fox Creek
Our premium wines are sourced entirely from grapes grown in the McLaren Vale region and most of them from our own vineyards.
Sauvignon Blanc
A pale green, straw coloured wine with an aroma of citrus blossum and lemongrass. The wine is crisp with fresh flavours of gooseberry and melon with a clean and zesty finish. Very popular in restaurants and cafes.

Chardonnay
A complex wine that has aromas of lime and stone fruits with melon citrus flavours on the palate. The flavours are fresh and mouth filling. The wine is made more complex by a portion being stirred on lees and barrel fermented.

Verdelho
This popular wine is made from imported vines from the island of Madiera where the famous sweet wine of that name is made. This is a lovely fresh wine with a strong aroma of lime and tropical fruits.

Shiraz-Grenache-Mourvedre
A wine to be enjoyed with food. Both the nose and palate have a blackberry and dark cherry character. There is a sweet middle palate and the soft savoury aromatic character of the Grenache leads on to a beautifully soft finish.

Duet Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot
This wine has become extremely popular in restaurants as it is so approachable when young. The aroma is of blackcurrant, mulberry and savoury chocolate. The rich berry flavours develop to a luscious intensity on the middle palate.

JSM Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon-Cabernet Franc
Its colour is deep, vibrant garnet red and it has an aroma of dark cherry, raspberry and savoury deli meats . The palate is fresh and has a variety of flavours from cherry to dark berries and spice from the Cabernet Franc.

Merlot
A rich fruit wine with aromas of dark berry fruit, savoury characters and chocolate. The flavours are of plum, dark fruits and spicy oak with a long, soft finish. For lovers of smooth, soft and flavoursome red wine.
