Blue Gold Medals for Fox Creek Wines

Once again our wines performed well at the Sydney International
Wine Show. This is the only show in Australia where the wine is judged
alongside food. One of the main aims of the competition is to offer
consumers independent information to help in their choice of wines that
are likely to enhance the pleasures of a dining experience and adding
enjoyment to their everyday lives.

Think of the judges waistlines!!

Our 2005 Duet Cabernet-Merlot was a finalist, the 2005 JSM Shiraz-Cabernet Franc-Cabernet Sauvignon and 2005 Reserve Shiraz both won Blue Gold Medals (top 10% of entries) with the JSM also being included in the Top 100 category. Top 100 wines carry the distinction of being placed in the 100 highest pointed wines of the thirteen Style Categories of the Competition.

The JSM is now in the running for a Trophy, which will be announced in
early March. Naturally, we will keep you posted!
